[relp] Java Client Implementation of RELP

Hi

I currently writing a Java client for RSyslog (4.2.0) and RELP (4.2.0) and
wonder if there are any existing implementation for that?

Any semi-finished code is also welcomed!

I have previosly looked at http://www.syslog4j.org/, but does unfortunately
not comes with a RELP implementation.
