[rsyslog] Rsyslog now has a wiki

Hi all,

I have just created the initial pages for a rsyslog wiki. I'd appreciate
if you could have a look at my blog at

All contributions to the wiki are of course highly appreciated. Please
help to get the whole thing started. Esepacially success stories (aka
"what I did with rsyslog and why do I use it") are very valuable.
