Hi all,

I am proud to announce rsyslog 1.13.1.

This is primarily a bug fixing and compatibility release. Most
importantly, a bug was fixed that caused the database logging
capabilities to become disabled when support for compressed syslog was
enabled. Also, an issue with newer versions of the MySQL client library
has been solved. The new -e option has been added which supports logging
of all messages, even if they are identical. Some performance
enhancements have also been made. There is no need to update to this
version if you have 1.13.0 installed and do not experience any issues.
