right now it is doing what it should be doing, except for one thing. if
I have a log defined like this:

$template hostsecure, "/var/log/hosts/%HOSTNAME%/secure/%$NOW%"
authpriv.* -?hostsecure


I'm getting logs from all of the hosts in this path not just ones of %
HOSTNAME%

It seemed to be working before 1.17.0.
