[rsyslog] Feedback request: in-memory buffering messages

Prior art exists and I think it's well worth the effort, particularly
for busy servers on reliable power.  If I read your post right, you're
considering something rather similar to the syslog-ng options
'flush_lines' and 'flush_timeout'?
