[rsyslog] HUP problem

I was busy with the other things today but had a quick look. I can repro
the hup problem. Looks like it is related to the new object loader (and
specifically the unloader), I guess it will be a relatively easy fix ...
on Monday ;)

Will look into the memleak after that.
