[rsyslog] rsyslog frequent crashes

This looks similar to the issue I reported at
http://kb.monitorware.com/random-daemon-stops-t8626.html

I haven't been able to reproduce it with any frequency, so hopefully
your data will be what Rainer needs to track this down.
