[rsyslog] abort cases

OK, I (thankfully) was able to see a potential race in my test environment that actually fits very well to the assert message you see. In my environment, it happens very (very!) seldom, even helgrind didn't notice until now. Please wait until I create a patch for it, I do NOT need any further info in the meantime.
