[rsyslog] Is it possible to convert a property to lowercase/upercase?

Hello, world.

I'm starting to receive some logs from Windows machines to my rsyslog
instance. The bad part is that the message gives me the host and user
names in capital letters.

Of course, I can work around it in my SQL statements or with omprog,
but I wondered if there is any "fancy" way of doing it inside
rsyslog.
