Thanks, David. During the next weeks I'll check if I can somewhat reduce this
cost without changing too much in that driver. Still, the ultimate solution
is to write an audit-grade store driver, as we already talked about. I am
glad I was able to do a number of simplifications and hope to be able to do a
couple of more. With each simplification, new store drivers become easier to
implement. This just for info.
