[rsyslog] No DNS resolution for the property '$fromhost', it's the local host.

the currently released version of librelp simply does not provide that
information. However, I have a version 1.0 available, which does. I'll see
that I manage to release it today. You need to use a recent version of
rsyslog to use the new librelp 1.0 functionality.
