[rsyslog] git branch changes

Hi all,

I made a mistake last Friday when creating the new releases. I accidently
merged the v5-devel branch into the master branch, which was v4-devel up to
then. I now looked at the result and think it is best to drop the v5-devel
and create a new v4-devel branch (I can identify the wrong merge and will
base v4-devel on it). This hopefully prevents any other such mistake in the
future... Somehow my mind is on "master is always the most current".

So please use v4-devel for the v4 tree and master for the v5-tree. Once v5
has become / confirmed to be sufficiently stable, I'll stop development in v4
and we will go back to the stable/beta/devel versions with only one active
development version.

I am right now preparing the new branches, will send a short mail when I am
done. I just thought I let you know asap that something went wrong.
