[rsyslog] RSyslog version in RHEL 6

That a good question and I, too, would like to know the answer. In any case,
I hope it will not be v2. Giving that RHEL is a conservative distribution
(and it has to be for the target base), I would assume that if they go for a
newer version, it is v3.
