[rsyslog] RSyslog version in RHEL 6

Hi folks,

rsyslog maintainer is on vacation at the moment so I'm answering this Q. :)

At first we need v4 stable. If we have stable v4 we will push it into rawhide 
and F11. This must be done ASAP, I see deadline in mid-July.
