[rsyslog] Building rsyslog from source code

I can answer this one: the source is included in the regular release tarball, I think in the runtime directory.

My goal is to build rsyslog 3.19 or above with least upgrades of vanilla
CentOS 5.2.
For those who have successfully done that, 
    * did you successfully build lmnsd_gtls.so from its source code too?
    * where can I get source code of lmnsd_gtls.so if it's available?
