[rsyslog] Output to named pipes not working on v4.5.5/5.2.0?

Looks like a trivial regression, fix here:

I'll now do some more checks and see if I can include an automatted test for
the pipe functionality so that a similar problem won't slip through in the
future :)

I will later apply the same fix to 5.2.0, it is the same problem.
