[rsyslog] rsyslog v5 5.2.0

Another issue I noticed with 5.2.0 (+said patch) is, that it no longer
shuts down cleany on SIGTERM/SIGINT
If I run it with -c 4 -d and press STRG+C, I get

pressing STRG+C a second time will then terminate rsyslogd.
