[rsyslog] fromhost-ip not working with -x

I am running all my servers with -x to disable name resolution. I have 
found that fromhost exists, but fromhost-ip does not

this is either a bug in the documentation, or fromhost-ip doesn't get 
created if no name resolution is done.
