[rsyslog] Getting Facility from Synlog-NG

Hello Dirk, I think Rainer wants you to add this to your rsyslog.conf file,
and send him the file that gets saved because of adding this statement. So
as to debug the issue.
You will need to restart rsyslog to pick up the config change
