[rsyslog] rsyslog 5.1.6 (v5-beta) released

Hi all,

We have just released rsyslog 5.1.6, a member of the v5-beta branch. This is
a bug-fixing release containing some important fixes. It is a recommended
update for all users of the v5-beta. See Changelog for more details.
