[rsyslog] rsyslog 4.5.x queue file cleanup?

interesting... the log looks like all works ok (of course, without the
missing message ;)). Can you send me the contents of the .qi file after the
shutdown? I am asking because it should contain the missing message (with
that version of the queue engine).
