[rsyslog] rsyslog 4.5.x queue file cleanup?

Interesting, I see that only one of the messages that should be in the .qi
are actually present. I wonder if this is related to the fact that ompgsql
emits an error message itself while being down (the others don't do this
AFIK). Will try to dig down to this (but I have to do so as time permits).
