[rsyslog] rsyslog 5.5.2 (devel) released

Hi all,

We have just released rsyslog 5.5.2, a member of the v5-devel branch. Rsyslog
5.5.2 primarily provides bug-fixes, but offers an enhanced functionality to
escape 8-bit characters on reception. See Changelog for more details.
