[rsyslog] How to make rsyslog create dir per host

I agree to your analysis, but the doc problem has even more facets. I have
blogged about it (once again), so that I have the information right at hand
and available for easy sharing. I'd really appreciate if you could take out a
few minutes and read this:

In short: it would be very useful if "the average user" would contribute
somewhat to the doc (or wiki!), because other "average users" understand that
probably much better than what I write...
