[Lognorm] debian packages

Hi *,

I'd like to inform you that the Debian packages have been uploaded and
accepted. This means that from today, unstable and testing users will be
able to install libraries and headers using apt-get.

They will not be included in the just-release squeeze (I uploaded them
when the package list was already frozen), but I will maintain backports.
