[Lognorm] Missing header in git/make install

[Champ Clark III [Quadrant]]

Doing some testing today with Sagan + new version (via git) of liblognorm.   I noticed this:

cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I..     -g -O2 -MT sagan.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/sagan.Tpo -c -o sagan.o sagan.c
In file included from sagan.c:58:
/usr/include/lognorm.h:31:19: error: annot.h: No such file or directory

The "make install" doesn't appear to move the annot.h header in place (?).  Easy to correct by manually copying.   Just FYI.  Thank you.
