[Lognorm] Liblognorm from git on Ubuntu 11.10

Oh.  I should point out,  the "stable" I'm referring to is actually
from the "apt-get install liblognorm-dev" (Ubuntu 11.10) and was not
built by source.

The git version (below the "stable") is the only one I tried to build
via source under Ubuntu 11.10.
