[Lognorm] Normalizer utility rename

Hi all,

we are currently getting liblognorm into Fedora [1], and almost have faced name conflict between normalize (for audio volume normalization) and normalizer (from liblognorm).
We are trying to encourage upstream to avoid using such generic names.

Could it be, please, possible to rename this binary in upstream (e.g. lognormalizer) or should we rename this inside Fedora packaging?
