[Lognorm] confusion related to documentation for liblognorm (linked from rsyslog mmnormalize page)

Hi,

I was working on liblognorm docs recently, it seems to have doc-fragments
for rest, char-seq etc, but those fragments don't show up on the
documentation published and linked from mmnormalize page. The published
version also looks very different from the html version that gets built in
working-copy.

Here is one of this pages linked from mmnormalize doc.

It seems like a recent version needs to be published? Or may be im looking
at the wrong link.
