[Lognorm] confusion related to documentation for liblognorm (linked from rsyslog mmnormalize page)

yeah, there is no automatted process for the lognorm doc. It's becoming too
much to do for a single guy. I'll see if I can take down that doc portion
of the site and link it to github within the next couple of days.
