[Lognorm] confusion related to documentation for liblognorm (linked from rsyslog mmnormalize page)

yup, this I meant. For rsyslog, I had set this up some time ago. But with
all the work going on on testbench, git shuffeling, project policies I
really have no time to do this for lognorm now.
