[phpLogCon] how to modify my log format？

hi everyone:
my log is like this

it is output by ISA server
I want use phplogcon to show my log
it all display in column message ; 
the other  are all blank 
how to adjust my log format it can konw？

Date Host URL User Agent Status Bytes Send Message
