[phpLogCon] Broken links on webpage

Hi,

When I go here:

http://loganalyzer.adiscon.com/doc/manual.html

and go to the "rate on freshmeat" link here:

http://freshmeat.net/rate/55742/

it's broken.

Also the "subscribing to LogAnalyzer release announcements" link on that web
page is also broken.
