I got back to rsyslog issues debugging and enabled statistics.
This is what I got after sending 10000 messages by

Messages=10000 delay(usec)=10
Sent 10000 messages
  9380  84420 514819 /var/log/test-rsyslog.log

rsyslog-stat tail (I ran more then once)

Does it mean that some of my 10000 messages were not even submitted to main
queue? What can be done?
