Looks like I had imjournal module from Fedora 18's rsyslog 7.2 (Can not
check what was the exact version now) I am not sure how much my timing
results can be trusted, because they were made on unhealthy mix of 7.2 and
8.2.0 rsyslog + some dependencies packages from F17, F18 and RHEL_6  
I tried to build from sources, but got a lot of missing packages problems.
I will try to sort it out at work tomorrow
