I ran the tcp dump on both host and the client and i see

on the client when i do an appropriate action:

23:32:09.447605 IP xxxx..60616 > xxxxxcom.15141: UDP, length 302
........

on the server:

23:36:46.365862 IP xxx.com.45276 > xxxx.com.15145: UDP, length 99

But nothing shows up under the directory i configured as the log directory
on the server side. The app logs on the client are also being populated. SO
its like the packets make it over, but they are not being store OR stored
some other place then i know of.
