That's what I'm thinking. I'm running 7.4.9 on Ubuntu 12.04, and stupidly
installed the rsyslog-relp package from the Ubuntu repositories - it's 5.8.
I've downloaded the source tar ball and will install from that after
removing the Ubuntu package.
