I added the repository and installed rsyslog:

dpkg -s rsyslog |grep Version
Version: 7.4.9-0adiscon1

It appears that this package was not built with --enable-relp because:

rsyslogd-2209: input module name 'imrelp' is unknown [try <!-- m --><a
class="postlink"
href="http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2209">http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2209</a><!--
m --> ]

Then installed rsyslog-relp:

dpkg -s rsyslog-relp |grep Version
Version: 7.4.9-0adiscon1

and now:

rsyslogd-2207: error during parsing file /etc/rsyslog.d/51-imrelp.conf, on
or before line 5: parameter 'ruleset' not known -- typo in config file?

Still no joy.
