Removed rsyslog and rsyslog-relp packages and built from source. Source
package was downloaded from <!-- w --><a class="postlink"
href="http://www.rsyslog.com">www.rsyslog.com</a><!-- w -->. The
liblogging-stdlog-dev package was installed:

dpkg -s liblogging-stdlog-dev |grep Version
Version: 1.0.0-0adiscon2

./configure --enable-relp --enable-imfile
make
make install

Same results.
