Then you need to set the permissions each time before you specify the
action. Immediately in front of it. If you need to apply the same
permission settings to multiple files, you do not necessarily need to
re-set them, but it may still be a good idea to avoid confusion should you
change some of them at a later time. The rule is that they apply as long
until they are re-set. In v7+, this is much more obvious due to the new
config syntax.
