actually, I think it makes lots of sense to have this problem in a
container. You don't have access to the main OS kernel, so whatever you are
trying to open in /proc or /sys isn't there so you get this error. Don't
try to gather kernel logs from inside a container (commenting out the
imklog line) avoids trying to access the thing you can't get to.
