well... regarding the upgrade I'd say "it depends". If you want to verify
on the same machine, then, yes, you need to. But keep in your mind that you
can verify on any other machine. And if that's fine, you can use a more
recent CENTOS version on that "verfier machine". Just trying to bring in
some more options... As far as I understood, Andre will also see if we can
build von the older versions as well (but it turned out to be quite
problematic in the past).
