you use two different templates, one for the filename, one for the contents
of the line to be written

with an old-style action this is

syslog.crit ?nametemplate;linetemplate

(note that if the filter is *.* you can leave it out and just do

?nametemplate;linetemplate as of v7)

with the new style actions, it would  be

action(type="omfile", template="linetemplate" DynaFile="nametemplate:)
