Hi,

this definitially a bug in the v8-devel repository. 
We are currently switching our Ubuntu Repository to PPA (Launchpad) which
already contains the V8.1.6 packages. 

I will take a look to the package dependency definitions. During meantime,
could you try the packages from the new PPA Repository?
