Hi
I've built 7.6.0 against json-c-0.11, libee-0.4.1, librelp-1.2.2,
libestr-0.1.9 and gnutls-3.2.12.1. Both server and client are same build
and have anonymous (no certs) TLS-secured RELP configured. Server (with
imrelp) starts up always. Client (with omrelp) intermittently fails to
start without any error whatsoever. Starting client rsyslogd by hand with
-d yields same result, the last debug messages are:

[/code:6x1nw0sz]
This behaviour is intermittent, but is 100% repeatable and is related to
omrelp TLS functionality. Turning TLS on for omrelp will lead to this
behaviour.
What can I do to help track down this problem?
