thank you very much for that very clear explanation, I was actually in the
wrong direction with fromhost-ip command. 

I will start by redirecting the log from the 192.168.200.111 machine to
another file just by parsing the IP and I'll see if I can make a filter
before the rsyslog, maybe directly on the PAM mechanism...
