There doesn't seem to be a RPM for mmsnmptrapd for a current release of
rsyslog on <!-- m --><a class="postlink"
href="http://rpms.adiscon.com/">http://rpms.adiscon.com/</a><!-- m -->. 
Has the code been deprecated?  If not, can this be added in the future?
