Rsyslog does not currently support wildcards in the filename for imfile
(this is being worked on for 8.4 or 8.5), the workaround is to declare a
filename that is not going to change and then have a symlink at that name
point at the current file, then a little bit after you start creating the
file with the new timestamp, change the symlink to point at the new
filename (the reason for the delay is to give rsyslog time to finish
reading everything from the old file)
