I have been a syslog-ng user for the fast 3 years.  Now we have an
initiative to change all UDP syslog senders to TCP syslog.  Our fortigate
firewalls only support syslog over TCP using RFC 3195.  Could someone
please let me know if rsyslog can actually support this for production. 
And if so, please assist with a configuration.  Thanks in advance.
