Hello,
First of all thank you for the rsyslog! It's awesome!
My question is really simple. I'm using rsyslog 7.4.4. I'm expecting it
will create new log file immediately after start even if it will be empty.
But it doesn't happen. I'd used rsyslog 4.2.0 just before. This version had
worked as described. I've tried to find out solution in the Internet but I
didn't succeed. This is my question: <!-- m --><a class="postlink"

... rite-to-it</a><!-- m -->
Could you please tell me is it behavior change between the versions or just
configuration issue?
Look forward to our reply.
Regards,
Artem
